Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding

Singleplayer runs ok,
only when I try to get on any server, it crashes after 1-10 second (more on local server)
when it crashes it opens error window
Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding

allready tried updating drivers
reinstalling java
reinstalling minecraft
rebooting system
it's not network provider error, I tried on different networks
firewall says that java has granted access trough firewall (and I accepted both private networks and public networks when it asked)

I tried different minecraft versions, but same problem

I think that my minecraft version have blocked access to multiplayer
