Graphics glitch... Have to hit F3+A every 5 seconds

I was just playing the game and these graphical glitches kept occurring. I wish I knew what causes these, because it gets a little bit annoying have to stop moving and pressing F3+A (Reloads the chunks) every time it happens. I would appreciate any help I can get from you guys, because I like playing the game. Below are screenshots of the glitch that I kept encountering.
