Servers Keep Lagging And Don't Let Players Play Properly

I think I got this bug on my game, I can't get into the server. If I got in, it keeps teleporting and lagging me everywhere and it doesn't let me move. I think someone is hacking...or not. Preety sure that Entity 303 is behind all of this.
