win 10 MC freezing or crashing constantly

My game started crashing or freezing in the last couple of months, once in a while. yesterday an update was done, and now I can't take 10 steps without it freezing up. I did a dxdiag, and posted it below. I hate to say this, but I need idiot proof instructions on how to fix this. TY
