it seems that in minecraft 1.5 the paintings dissapear when i place them but if i place a block where it should be then a painting falls to the ground.

What I expected to happen was my painting to appear.

*What actually happened was my painting did not in fact appear

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take out a painting from you inventory
2. place the painting on the wall
3. wait for nothing to happen
