Game freezes at title screen

The game just gets to the title screen and then it goes not responding. That's by running the game with default gpu (nvidia). It runs fine if I choose 'Integrated graphics'. This problem doesn't occur with 1.12.2 and (I assume) older versions, only with the 1.13 snapshots.
