Arms flailing, screen spinning..?

FIRSTLY, IT DOESNT AFFECT 1.12.2, IT AFFECTS VERSION 1.8.9 BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION, SO PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A 1.8 BUG

When I load up my minecraft and press "w, a, s" or "d" my screen will jerk and spin around. When i aim a bow my bow disappears in some frames. It makes minecraft entirely unplayable. I restarted minecraft, change texture packs and even tried multiplayer and it's not making a difference. I have a video below which shows all of these issues:
