Unusuable Realm

My friend has a realm, that keeps kicking us with the message 'Kicked by an operator' Jan, the host of the realm, couldn't be kicking us because he is with us,
sometimes even the 'Timed out' or 'io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception: connection timed out: no further information' Message appears, This happens for several minutes until it lets us in for a while, then it repeats. I do not know the cause of this problem.
