Fireworks no longer boost elytra flight

Using a firework no longer boosts elytra flight.

To reproduce:

1. Give yourself a firework with /give @p fireworks, or craft a firework with gunpowder and paper.
2. Glide with elytra.
3. Use the firework. Notice that you do not get boosted; rather, a firework entity is spawned at your location.
