Bed Does not Set Spawnpoint 1.12.1 and 1.12.2

Hello mojang I Found in minecraft 1.12.1 and 1.12.2 my bed does not set my spawn-point. I have two different worlds on is set on 1.12.1 and 12.2 the 12.1 one has cheats enabled and 12.2 does not. I have no idea why this occurs I will sleep in the bed then when i die i will re-spawn at the beginning spawn point the game created when the world was. I do have a video showcasing this but it exceeds the file limit is there another way I can show you the video like uploading it to YouTube or something?
