Pressing "chat" key no longer selects search in creative inventory/recipe book

In previous versions, pressing the "chat" key (default T), would switch to the "search" tab in creative mode and select the search bar, as well as selecting the search bar in the survival recipe book. This is no longer the case in 17w43a.
