No sounds at all!

There are no sounds at all in Minecraft. The volume is at maximum and I don't hear anithyng. I turned all my texture packs off and nothing happened!
BONUS: BLOCK LAG! YEY!
I couldn't attach a video becouse my OBS decided to keep crashing.
