No horses, just donkeys

All horses seem to be donkeys; i started up a world on the new snapshot and i see loads of donkeys, then i try to teleport all horses to me...nothing... i summon a horse then try to tp all horses to me and it teleports 1 horse to me; if i try to teleport all donkeys to me then i see loads of donkeys but no horses
