Launcher background process causing Minecraft to crash

I had the problem, that whenever I opened a minecraft world (single- and multiplayer), minecraft stopped responding, so I had to close it manually. After that I got the following message: "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I figured out, that after starting the game, there were still 2 background processes open called "Minecraft Launcher (32 Bit)". Upon closing these processes I could play fine (Singe- Multiplayer), but stuff like skins wont load and It is also annoying to always close those processes manually, so I need some help to fix this
