Crashed when entering nether portal for first time, sent to wrong coords.

Was on a new Realm for PC (Java) and created a portal for first time at roughly x:750 z:150.

Entered into the portal and game crashed (Just me, other person on realm did not disconnect)

Upon relogging, I begin suffocating. Break the netherrack before I die and find myself in the nether at x:750 z:150 (Original coords in overworld).

The portal generated as normal at the correct position but for some reason I was sent to the wrong coords the first time.
