The arrows won't stick where I shoot them.

So, when I shoot an arrow, it doesen't stick where I shoot it. First I hit the target and the arrow sticks to the wall, then after 1 second the arrow kind of drops in y cordinate or it moves a little bit towards me. I have made a video showing you the issue.

I tried without any mods and without any shaders and the issue remains. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. You need to get this fixed fast.
