Problem to registrer the licence of the game and to use the game

We set all the information Name, User name and password on the site like it is explain on the card. We also put the code and number of the card on the site as asked. We had the following message when we launch the game : "Java (TM) Platform SE binary finish to work" and next to this message we had the following message : " Plantage du Jeu...."

Can you help us to solve this problem my son want to play to this game...

Thanks a lot for your help and don't hesitate to ask me more détails to solve the problem as soon as possible.
