Glitching Screen and Crashing

When I log into Minecraft and try logging into a world or server the game either crash or log into the world. if it logs into the world the screen started glitching out a lot then after a while, it crashes. I tried allocating more ram, turning V-sync on/off, tried updating my graphics driver, reinstalling java, reinstalling Minecraft, deleting and download back the .minecraft folder but nothing works, i also tried older versions such as 1.9, 1.10 and 1.12.2 but still no luck, can you please help me
