Laggy minecraft experience.

I have a bug in minecraft which makes my experience really bad. My minecraft is so laggy it takes like 5 minutes to respond to one of my commands its really bad please fix this for me ever since i got minecraft it been like this and I'm starting to regret buying minecraft.
