Server list is buggy; Server loading times are very slow (not client side)

If you have servers listed below the view point, you are able to move your mouse down the screen in the player counter's location and view it (example below: "2017-09-18_18.34.04.png); The wait times to join a server take a significantly longer time than before. My friends said that it was also taking a longer time than usual to join mine and other's servers.
