Cannot place Paintings

I cannot place Paintings on any surface

What I expected to happen was I would be able to place a Painting on a surface.

What actually happened was the Painting would appear then flicker 'Off', and when I destroyed the block, the number of painting I'd placed on it would come out in Item Form.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Painting on a block
2. Destroy that same block
