Placing a block on a closing shulker box causes it to be placed below the shulker box

The bug

When trying to place a block where a closing shulker box is facing, the block is placed below the shulker box.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a shulker box in the air (so you can clearly see the bug)
2. Open the shulker box
3. Close it, but while closing, try to place a block on the side where the shulker box is facing (e.g. when the shulker box is facing up, try to place a block above while facing the shulker box)
