If you shoot an arrow then leave and re-log on a singleplayer world, the arrow will become a tipped arrow with no effect

what i was doing in minecraft was:
1. Open up minecraft
2. Play a singleplayer world
3. Make a shooting galery for my map
4. Testing it out and leave the world with some arrows on the world
5. Re-log and got some lag because the arrows showing up some particle like a tipped arrow but with no any odd effects on the arrows
