Wounded from Sleeping

For some reason whenever I try to sleep in a bed, upon waking i take a half heart of damage. At first I thought it was because i was getting out of bed with my head in a block but it appears I'm the only one this affects on our Realm as I've had a friend test this and it doesn't seem to affect him. I also tried at his bed and the same effect happens solely to me. It also doesn't recognize when i set a new spawn and upon death returns me to the server's original spawn spot.
