Connecting to my server comes up with this error 'Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I can't connect to my server, and it comes back with the error 'Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'.
