You can break End Portals with water/lava

You can place water on the inner edge of the end portal frame, where the water replaces the end portal that is on that block. Potentially game breaking, as you can delete the entire portal, and the slots will keep their Eyes of Ender, making the end portal completely unusable.

What I expected to happen was...:
Water wouldn't be placed
What actually happened was...:
Water replaced the end portal
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a bucket of water/lava
2. Right click the inner edge of the frame
3. Portal is be replaced by the water/lava placed
