Servers for Xbox One Bedrock Edition Beta

The issue here is the servers. I haven't issued the Xbox Live Gold, but I wanted to try the servers. So as a curiosity I clicked on the Mineplex server and it gave me an error that I don't have Xbox gold and click ok. It brought me back to the Home page and when I clicked the Play button. Then I noticed something in the friends menu. When I went in the menu it showed mineplex and when I clicked mineplex it let me join the server. I did this for all the servers and it went smoothly. I also played the mini games as well which ran smoothly.
