Not in the hub

It won't appear in the hub on my adult account and on the child's it says I have to be 18 even though Minecraft is a 7+ please can you fox fix this my gamertag is: MLG ROCKER935 and I meet all the other requirements please help me I have been waiting for 4 months I'm on xbox one
