Mojang, Microsoft, Anyone, I need your help!

Can someone help me? My Minecraft is being weird.Everytime I go on my Minecraft Forge for 1.7.10 Old servers I've added a long time ago keep on appearing after I delete them. I delete the servers, close the application and when I open it back the servers are still there. It's very annoying please help me! It's bugging me for 1.7.10 ONLY I don't play 1.9 and up due to the comabt update. So I had to put 1.12 up there because it was one of the options. Thanks and please help me.
