Cannot put on armor, Moving items in inventory are lagy and they drag around, Shift click don't work for putting on armor or elytra

Lan players' inventory got cleared. Server host's (me) cannot put on armor, Servers and Single-player world's has the start icon on the icon. Video at attachments Game crashes every time i exit.
