+NBT on Command Blocks not correctly?

When I copy (Ctrl + Middle Mouse Button) a Command Block with its NBT, all information gets copied (command, type...) except the (un)conditional option. This is a minor "bug", and maybe it's implemented, but it quite annoys me as I copy and place such a command block directly to an active clock. Can someone please confirm that this is in fact a thing?
