Minecraft when start from launcher on pc

When i start minecraft sp from launcher and i press f11 for use full desktop my fps drop is very high, i pin 70 fps and when i click f11, the fps count 5 fps. I try to repair minecraft but nothing. Have any idea or help to solve this issue?
