How to reproduce :
1.Create a new world (preferably in gamemode 0) OR ~~ gamemode 1 with cmds on ×
1b Type /gamemode 0 then /give @a iron_axe 1 0
2 Mine at least 20 logs
3.Press E
4.Click the recipe book
5.Craft planks
