Minecraft 1.11 Connection Problems!

As you can see, two VANILLA clients, trying to ping and connect to Hypixel.
1.8.9 works like a charm, 1.11.2 (1.12 ALSO)- terrible, and it's not only when pinging it's all the time after you join too.
