Re-creating a hardcore world lets you enable cheats & bonus chest

What happens: I created a hardcore world and died right away in it, and liked the seed. I clicked on "re-create" button on the world, and when I went to more options, it let me enable cheats and bonus chest. However, when you create a hardcore world, it does not let you enable these features normally.
