Can't go multiplayer due to "internal issues"

Two days ago, I was playing on the MCOrigins server (mc.mcorigins.com). I left for a quick break, but when I came back, every time I tried joining the server, it'd immediately kick me with the following message:

"Internal Excaption: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

That's weird, I thought. I decided to try different servers, and they all (Hypixel, Minecade, Mineplex, etc.) kept kicking me with the same message.

I've tried multiple things, including logging out/back in the launcher, direct connect, resource pack changes, etc. Nothing works; I keep getting the same memo.

Pls help, I love multiplayer but I can't play it if this continues..
