A row of weird pixels at the bottom of my screen.

So ever time I play IN a world, pixels start appearing only at the bottom around 2 thick. I'm playing Minecraft on my new laptop I got yesterday. Everything seems to work but the row of unwanted pixels at the bottom... I really tried updating my whole laptop. So I did, and the glitch/bug seems to keep reappearing! This bug is not a texture pack bug, or any type of external sources. I only play Vanilla Minecraft. I restarted my laptop several times but to my notice, keeps reappearing...
