Audio Bug

Hello!

First off I'd like to thank you for your help in advance.

Secondly I'd like to explain my problem. So every time I boot up Minecraft and join a game, whether it be singleplayer or multiplayer, I get this constant, high-pitched screeching noise that sounds like a balloon is slowly losing air. Turning down the volume all the way doesn't even solve this problem.

No other games on my PC do this and I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem and had a fix.

EDIT It also changes frequency whenever I look around. Higher pitched, lower pitched, etc.
