Launcher Crashes

I Cannot play the game as when i go to log into the game it says' The game has crashed, sorry". I have tried several fixes including updating my video card, reinstalling Java and re-installing the game. I need soemone to tell me how to fix this issue as it has been going on for weeks now. I even purchased the game again to see if that would work.

I am using an Alienware console.
