Mojang Help PLZZZZZZZZZZZ

When i go onto the Minecraft Launcher, which has the dirt block as the icon, i click Play download 1.12 (Default) and then halfway through downloading it says Error Unable to save download. hurt1.ogg or Error Unable to save download. open3.ogg an stuff like that i do have a reference code, im not sure what to do with it though. PLZ HEEEEEEEEELP I BOUGHT IT FOR SOOO MUCH!
