Narrator not Available on Linux

Hello! , I currently have a problem with version 1.12 and the "Narrator" when going to the options appears "Narrator not available" and giving Ctrl + B appears "Narrator Disable Not available" I currently use the Ubuntu 14.04 operating system and I have the version Of Java 8.
Is there any solution?
