I can't launch Minecraft a version higher than 1.9

Whenever I launch minecraft that is a version higher than 1.9.4 minecraft it crashes.It loads perfectly fine up until the menu, once i create a world and it loads after one second it crashes. I have attached the log hopefully you can see what the problem is and how I can fix it. My guess is that the problem is it says mini dumps are not enabled but I don't know how to enable them.
