GUI issues. Resolved: accidently turned on touchscreen settings

I joined a server, and went into the chest inventory of one of their game entities to play their new game. But for some reason I could click the entity but not the items inside. Going to single player and rolling over one of the worlds also caused all the arrows to turn blue.
