Item Cutoff in Fullscreen

So basically when I press fullscreen the weapon/item is cutoff and I don't know what to do about it. I have noticed that when you manually go into settings and then press fullscreen it still doesn't work. I usually play fullscreen by pressing the green button but the issue should not be showing up whatsoever. Thanks
