Twitch

i am trying to stream on twitch on my minecraft and i cant. i don't know if it because i am using mods but. i cant stream for some reason. it just says _unable to load the liberties needed for the integrated twitch broadcast service p.s. 1.7.10 i mean for some reason it worn t let me put that in the version
