Torch Bug/Update

I was trying to put a torch at the back of the stairs.

What I expected to happen was...: The torch to appear at the back of the stairs.

What actually happened was...: Nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft a torch.
2. Try to put it on the back of the stairs.
3. Notice that the torch don't appear and it's still in your inventory.
