Hit Loading MojangScreen then stops reponding

When I have try to start Minecraft it start show the Mojang loading screen it then goes not responding and I have tried uninstalling and reinstall I have also tried removing the file of what Minecraft uses(regular file and roaming) and it still wont work. it does not show up with a game crash report
