Command Keys don't work

Macintosh computers do not have Left and Right Mouse Keys. I need my Keyboard to play. While the W, A, S, D keys work, the C and X keys don't. I tried using Options, but that won't allow it. It keeps putting me in Left and Right Mouse Button mode.
