Bow shooting - particle effect on release

Tested only in Creative so far.

Upon shooting an arrow in any direction, the right side of the screen momentarily fills with the "critical" particle effect or something that looks quite a bit like it. It disappears after about half a second. This might just be the trail from the arrow, but it's rather distracting.

I tried to get a decent screenshot, but if someone can get a better one or a video then by all means go ahead.
