Request to reopen closed issue with sitting wolves teleporting.

Two of my six wolves teleported to me while they were ALL sitting in my base
located at -159 | 41 | 139.
I went down to build a tree farm below at -203 | 11 | 106.
I was not being attacked but was just clearing the blocks to make a tree farm 13x13x10.
When two of my 6 wolves appeared suddenly. And they were still sitting when they appeared!
When I took them back up the other 4 wolves were still sitting there fine but there was a creeper in the room with them. (strange that one too since all light levels are above 7 in my base)

I saw similar tickets regarding teleporting dogs from earlier versions however they all showed resolved.
I figured I better open this ticket to reflect the issue with 1.12 as well as to advise that this issue is NOT resolved as well as give the specific details of.
